Spray rinsing unit for dishers with water-backflow-preventer incl. straining disc with round/small container incl. strainer insert for drain connection (2x), dryer for dishers with round/small container, angle holder for wall attachment and cover plate.

Rinse:

  • The water valves at the top and bottom are opened by pressing the disher on the spherical head

  • The water on the inside of the scoop is swirled around. This rinses off the food residuals

  • On removing the scoop from the spherical head the water valves are automatically closed again by the water pressure.

Dry:

  • The air valves at the top and bottom are opened by pressing the disher on the spherical head

  • Water drops are blown away

  • On removing the scoop from the spherical head the air valves are automatically closed again by the air pressure

  • To be operated with clean air for food applications
